Traditional Dances are held in the Gladys Wernette Building at Wheatland. Dances are 7:30-10:30 on certain Saturday nights.
These dances feature live old-time traditional music provided by local musicians and callers, in the style of Contra, Squares, Reels, and Cajun! So come and kick up your heels; it’s dancin’ time at Wheatland!
All dances are open to the public, all dances are taught and no partner or experience is needed. Admission is $7 at the door and those under 18 get in free.
